I’m wanting to get something my groomsmen will get some use out of instead of some cheesey flask or money clip. Any good ideas that don’t cost an arm and a leg?

My very oldest friend is getting married this weekend and while I am not his best man, I am in the wedding party. How much should I give him as a gift?

What would be an appropriate gift to get her for my wedding? DO I get her something like jewelry like a bridesmaid. Or a more traditional best man giit like a flask or money clip?

Here is what we have so far:

i’m having my maids jewelry made by a friend who does this for a living. she is also making my bridal jewelery. i plan on helping her and making each piece unique. we’re talking a set of earrings and a bracelet for each girl.

for the flower girls, i have two (sisters) i bought them each a simple silver necklace with a heart on it with their first initial.

for the groomsmen i’m going to buy a nice ink and journal set for our writer best man and co-best friend. we plan on wiritng a note inside the journal telling him how much we appreciate him, etc.

the other two guys are another good friend, who we plan on getting a personalized flask. the other groomsman is my dorky 15 year old brother ( i love him!) who loves computers, so i’m thinking a gift card to a gaming store.

do all these ideas sound ok?
i realize this is a little garbled..cold medicine. sorry!
Ritz: our best man doesn’t drink, but he is a writer. and why should i get them all money clips? that just smacks of "i have no imagination".

and my little brother would lose a keepsake, trust me.
