A speech I gave for my Brother who has been that silent inspiration in my life. Hope you enjoy it and may the sibling rivalry never cease for you Here is the transcript for the poem I recited in the video: My Brothers name is Jeremy, His new wifes name is Salome. Ive known him ever since I was born, 21years of toil and scorn. He leaves dishes for me to wash, Stay with him, if you want the be-a-maid course. His room is messy, with underwear all around You would think a tornado and tsunami, turned it upside down. I asked my mum when I was eight How will kor get married, he farts in his bed! I now am twenty-one and I still sometimes wonder, When his wife sleeps with him, will she smell the odour? I didnt speak to my brother, for 3/4s of my life. Five years our generation gap, how to keep the brotherhood alive? When I enter his room to take his really cool things, He would scream, wrestle and fight, and he always wins. Many use to ask, Why he so fat, you so skinny? And I used to tell, he steals my food and hes always hungry. Looking back, 21 years of brotherhood, it feels really really good; The fights we had, the things we never shared It was all priceless, although we had buises.
