Looking for unique Groomsmen gifts?
I am trying to think of gift ideas for groomsmen in my wedding. I don’t want to get the usual engraved this or that. I would like to know any really cool gifts like a Wireless Mini Spy Camera or something that you have received (for any holiday or event, not just weddings) in the last year that I could consider for my groomsmen. I am leaning toward possibly getting them a GPS navigation system. They have handheld gps, ones for running, cycling, golf, hiking gps, motorcycle gps, radar systems, fish finders and auto gps navigation to name a few. I absolutely think this is something that they all could use for many years to come. But recently I found something way cooler!!! Check out the LG touchscreen GD910 watch phone below. Call me old fashion, but I didn’t even know they had a wrist cellphone! In the picture below to the right you’ll see a Sunvisor DVD Player with Game Function. Here is another product I didn’t know existed. Way too cool!

Ideas….
Do any of them play baseball? You can buy a personalized baseball or bat.
A pocket watch can be a nice memento of the occasion. Something like that might not mean much to younger people at the time, but it may mean a lot to them later.
Do any of them smoke? engraved Zippo lighters make a nice gift. Cigarette holders are a bit out of style, but I always thought the were kind of cool. You could get them a mini-humidor. A nice cigar and a pocket cigar holder could be nice (personally, I like the Maker’s Mark cigars…not sure if they are still made anymore though)
Are any of the groomsmen in college? How about a nice engraved pen set.
Another thing that may be of interest… With international travel becoming more and more frequent, a leather passport holder or a passport/plane ticket holder may be nice. I traveled extensively for a few years and I loved having a ticket/passport holder. It made customs a lot easier.
Money clips are always nice. They aren’t as common as some gifts, but I think they are overdone to a point.
Are any of the groomsmen at the age where they will have weddings and such to attend in the next 10 years or so, you could buy them a set of nice cufflinks
Are any of them hunters or fishermen? You could buy them a nice knife appropriate for what they do and have it engraved for them. Even a nice Swiss Army type knife or a Leatherman type tool could be a nice gift.
Are any of them drinkers? You could get them something nice of a drink of their choice. Got beet drinkers? Mail order some Alaskan Smoked Porter (mail order will run about $100 a case with shipping…Alaskan Smoked Porter is about the best beer in the world…it is only brewed for a certain period of time and each year has a vintage, just like wine). If wine or liquor is their thing, I don’t know much about fine wine or liquor, but you can look online and find a bunch of websites that will guide you the finer wines, whiskey, tequila, and vodkas of the world.
You got some party animals in the bunch? You could make a “brief case” filled with little bottles of various liquors. If you are cheap, you could use a White Castle “Crave Case” for the briefcase or buy a real briefcase. Line it with soft foam and make cut outs for the little bottles. It would take some work, but I think it would be kind of cool if I were still in college.
That’s about the best I can do off the top of my head. Put some thought into it and think about what their hobbies are and what they might like. Think about gifts they would actually use, not something that will sit in a drawer forever. Personally, I found buying the groomsmen gifts one of the easiest and most fun aspects of the wedding.
I don’t know what kind of guys your groomsmen are, but my fiance is buying his guys a GOOD pocket knife, not a cheapy engravable one. He’s going to REI or a sporting goods store, you can actually get good ones for under $50 and the guys all think its a great idea…manly (ha ha!)
Hey depending on what the groomsmen are all like and your budget we are doing individual groomsmen gifts because they are all so different but most of them love hockey and play hockey so we are doing hockey sticks but it will get pricey omg i didn’t think they could cost so much lol past bridal parties my fiances got watches shoes shirt/tie the usual things

I know you don’t want engravable things but my fiance and other GMs from another wedding got flasks with their favorite alcohol (greygoose, crown royale, etc). The guys loved it and actually filled and used it on the day of our friend’s wedding!
Digital photo frames? You can even send them a dvd of the wedding photos afterwards. Can get expensive though. I know my dad got a nice alarm clock for being a best man at a wedding and he was absolutely thrilled with that. Otherwise theme park tickets? (Only prob with those is that it ends up making them pay more money to use them…) Think about their personalities and what they are into, that might help?!
There were some really neat flasks that actually had removable shot glasses attached.
Go with personalized pub signs, you can get them based on interests or professions (poker, irish, hunting, etc.), and each guy can get one with his name on it.
